Terms of service
The rules for using Venara. In short: use it for yourself, do not rely on it for important decisions, and you can leave at any time.
The service
Venara provides astronomically calculated birth charts, automatically generated interpretations, a daily oracle, tarot, a journal and social features. The service is provided “as is”, and features may change over time.
Your account
You must be at least 16 to create an account. You are responsible for the data you enter, including other people’s birth details — only enter them with their consent.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not refund the remaining period except where the law requires it.
Each plan’s limits are shown on the subscription page and may be adjusted; if a limit decreases, we will tell you beforehand.
Limitations
Interpretations are generated automatically and can be wrong. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and must not be used as such.
We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of content in the app.
Fair use
Do not use the app to harass other users, scrape content automatically, or work around plan limits. Accounts doing so may be suspended.
